Agility is a dog sport where the handler and the dog attempt to complete an obstacle course with 18-25 objects in the shortest possible time without making any errors. Fastest dog with no errors wins. The dogs jump hurdles, go through tunnels, go over dog walks, A-Frames and long jumps.

Dog obedience comes in three forms: Obedience Training, Competition and Rally-O.
Obedience training: Dogs and owners learn to build a working relationship. The dogs learn to sit, stay, down, heel, recall and fetch. The handler learns how to give clear commands, understand their dogs and how to continue training at home.
Obedience Competition: More advanced skills of walking the dog at heel with out a lead, long stays in the absence of the owner and scent training.
Rally-O: Dogs walk a course of specified turns and manoevres with points for accuracy.
Papillons can be good at agility. Here's 3 year old Mitzi (Girl inthe Mist of Emperor) handled by Rick Holcomb at the Timaru Agility Champs last year. She won her class and since it was her third Novice win she was promoted to Intermediate / Senior by this run. Below: She has had some success in these top grades.
